By accessing, using or participating in any way on SpinQuest's ("we," "us" or "our") online platform and services (collectively referred to herein as the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understand, agree and consent to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, please refrain from using our Platform.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
You must carefully review this entire document before accepting its terms. By creating an account or participating in any aspect of the Platform, you indicate your unconditional acceptance and agreement to be bound by all terms and conditions contained herein. We reserve the right to modify, update or change these Terms & Conditions at our discretion, without prior notice.
2. Eligibility Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old (or such other age as may be required in your jurisdiction) and have reached the age of majority in your country of residence to register for an account and use the Platform. We reserve the right to verify your identity or age and/or restrict access to minors.
3. Geographic Restrictions
We provide our services only from jurisdictions where it is permitted by law. The availability of certain features, promotions, games or products may be restricted in some countries due to local regulations. You represent that you are not a citizen or resident of any country to which we do not offer services and further agree to comply with applicable laws.
4. Account Registration Rules
To create an account, you must provide true, accurate and complete information about yourself. We reserve the right to verify your identity at our discretion. You may only have one (1) registered account on the Platform. Multi-accounting is prohibited and will result in account suspension or closure.
5. Identity Verification & KYC
You agree that we can request identification verification documents from you, including proof of age, address and/or government-issued ID. You must comply with such requests promptly to avoid any disruption in your access to our services.
6. Account Accuracy Obligations
You represent that all information provided by you during registration or at any subsequent time will be accurate, complete and up-to-date. We reserve the right to rely upon this representation for verification purposes.
7. Account Security Responsibilities
It is your sole responsibility to ensure the confidentiality of your login credentials (including username and password) and account information. You agree that we are not liable for unauthorized use or loss of access due to your actions or failure to comply with these security obligations.
8. Login Credentials & Password Protection
You must choose a strong, unique username and password for each registered account on the Platform. You are responsible for keeping them confidential and secure. Do not share or distribute login credentials under any circumstances.
9. Restricted Behaviour & Prohibited Activities
We prohibit using our services in breach of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to:
Any such violation will result in immediate suspension or closure of your account(s) without prior notice.
10. Bonus & Promotion Rules
Bonus funds are subject to specific conditions listed within each promotional offer (including applicable wagering requirements). We reserve the right to remove, cancel, suspend or change bonus offers at our discretion, without advance warning.
11. Wagering & Gameplay Conditions
You understand that only genuine play can be used for calculation of winnings and redemption purposes. If we discover any evidence of non-genuine play (including but not limited to account sharing, multi-accounting or cheating), your account(s) will be suspended immediately.
12. Bonus Abuse Prevention
We have the right to investigate all accounts showing suspicious or unusual patterns of behavior that may indicate bonus abuse. We reserve the right to cancel, remove or change bonuses for any reason and at our discretion.
13. Deposits & Withdrawals
SpinQuest's Platform does not currently support real-money deposits and withdrawals (no funds can be withdrawn from your account). Any attempt to bypass this restriction will result in immediate suspension of access.
14. Verification Before Withdrawals
We reserve the right to request verification documentation for all withdrawal requests to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including anti-money laundering policies.
15. Processing & Review Procedures
Any withdrawals or other payments made from your account are subject to review and processing procedures. If we suspect any irregularities during these processes, you will be notified via email as soon as possible.
16. Responsible Gambling Expectations
We aim to promote responsible gaming practices on the Platform. You acknowledge that using our services is a form of entertainment only and agree not to exceed your budget or deposit limits.
17. Self-Exclusion & Account Restrictions
We reserve the right to restrict or close accounts at any time if we have reason to believe that you may engage in prohibited behavior.
18. Game Fairness & RNG Systems
Our games are fair, and all outcomes depend on random number generator systems. We use third-party auditors for periodic checks but do not publicly disclose exact results of these audits due to competitive reasons.
19. Technical Interruptions or Voided Gameplay
We will strive to maintain our Platform's availability; however, we may occasionally be forced to suspend the service for maintenance or technical issues. In case of any system errors, disputes arising from such interruptions are resolved according to this Agreement and applicable laws.
20. Suspension or Closure of Accounts
If you breach these Terms & Conditions in anyway (including failure to comply with reasonable requests), your account will be suspended or closed without prior notice.
21. Intellectual Property & Platform Ownership
All content, including but not limited to software code, graphics, text, games and trademarks are the exclusive property of SpinQuest. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited under applicable laws.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall have no liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from these Terms & Conditions or use of our Platform (including but not limited to losses due to system crashes or hacking). Your sole remedy will be return of unused funds if applicable.
23. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify any provision of this Agreement at any time without prior notice, and such modifications shall take effect immediately upon posting on the Platform.

By registering with us, using any part of the Platform, claiming bonuses or participating in contests, tournaments, sweepstakes, or promotional activities on our site and/or through other distribution channels (the "Services"), you represent that you have read, understand, agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
